岗位职责
工作职责:
1.Build & optimize standardized, replicable overseas user service SOP and system.
2.Collect overseas user feedback via foreign languages, coordinate teams to resolve issues.
3.Mine user pain points & localization needs, support product optimization & regional adaptation.
4.Iterate service processes & knowledge base to improve team efficiency & professionalism.
工作要求:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, 2027 graduate. Fluent English for work scenarios. Master any one of the following languages: English, Japanese, Arabic, Spanish, Turkish, Indonesian, Thai, Korean, Italian, Vietnamese, French, German.
2.nterested in overseas user service and cross-border business with basic internet product cognition. Relevant practical experience is preferred.
3. Possess logical thinking, user demand sorting ability, fluent communication skills and basic cross-cultural awareness.
4.Rigorous, responsible and result-driven. Good at execution, teamwork and pressure resistance, able to respond to user feedback timely. 5.Priority will be given to those proficient in using AI agent capabilities.
